I try to remeber...
1- Every body dosent have to love me.
2-Its ok to make a mistake.
3-People who do bad things dosent mean I can't like them.
4-I dont have control over all things.
5-I am responsible for my feelings.
6-I cant always handle it when things go wronge.
7-Its important to try.
8-I am capable of anything.
9-I change and be whoever I want to be. Nobody has control over me.
10-I cant solove other peoples problems as they cant mine.
11-There is more then one way to do something.
12-I am my own person.
